HOTEL DWARS, Amsterdam – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were not too big but very comfortable, and the nice touch of balloons and confetti, along with a complimentary bottle of cava, made our stay even more special. Despite not being very well isolated, it was a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with staff being instantly available and very helpful, friendly, and polite. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of most major attractions but away from the bustling crowds. While the hotel lacked dining options, there were lovely places nearby like a small bakery for breakfast. Overall, a great value for money experience.

Staying at the hotel felt like a home away from home with cozy and comfortable rooms, although the upper floor rooms only offer a view of the street. The under heated flooring in the bathroom was a lovely touch. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the city center by tram, right in front of the hotel.

However, the tight space on the ground floor could be a minor inconvenience.

The service was exceptional, especially Tess at the reception who was my hero. The staff overall were polite, helpful, and super welcoming. The location is fantastic, right next to beautiful canals and within walking distance of everything we needed in Amsterdam. On the downside, some noise can be noticed in the evenings. The dining experience was enjoyable with beautifully presented and tasty dishes, providing a fair experience. The facilities were great, and the value for money was satisfactory.
